For your convenience, your credit card information can be stored in your upandriding.com account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. For added security, your billing address at upandriding.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Any changes made to your order before your order is shipped will be reflected in a debit or credit to your credit card.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Up & Riding processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once an order is complete and ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know the items have shipped with any available tracking information. We are unable to provide next day service for APO addresses. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex at our discretion. Priority Mail orders are sent out with delivery confirmation and does not allow for extra tracking. International orders will take an additional 48 hours to process.

 

How can I track my order

Once an order is shipped you will receive a notice via email. If you selected standard shipping, we may use USPS Priority Mail service which does not provide tracking information. If the shipping method offers a tracking number, you will receive that number via email.

Do you ship Internationally?

*Free Shipping over $300

We are happy to ship internationally as we know kids surf and skate clothing are hard to find however there are some countries that we don’t ship to. We will let you know if we are unable to process your order. We are doing our best to make shipping internationally happen and there are several items that you need to be aware of:

  • International Payment Only by Paypal
    • Because it is difficult to verify credit card billing addresses for our foreign customers we can only accept payment via Paypal at this time. Please go to paypal.com to set up an account.
  • Duties & Taxes
    • Foreign customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees incurred. Shipments are sent FOB our warehouse. To find out more about what these costs will be, please contact your local customs office.
  • Oversized Items
    • Large oversized items are not available for shipment outside of the United States at this time. If an item is considered oversized we will notify you via email.
  • Shipping
    • If we ship your package USPS Global Priority, the tracking information will not be available. If you have an account with another freight forwarding carrier and would like to ship under your account, please contact us to process the order as a special handling order. In most cases, international orders will take an additional 48 hours to process.
  • Only Select Brands
    • We are not allowed to ship certain brands outside of the United States or Canada due to international distribution agreements and are not a result of any Up & Riding policy. If you order any products that we are unable to ship, we will contact you via email to let you know.

 

What happens if I received a damaged or wrong merchandise?

We apologize for any items you received that are either defective or received incorrectly. Occasionally a vendor will miss a defect on an item. If this is the case we will replace the item and if the item is sold out we will give you a refund. If we have shipped you an item incorrectly, please call customer service and you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note this in the “comments” section of the return form and send it to our warehouse. If it is determined that we made a mistake, we will credit your account for the return postage.

Shipping Information

The “Bill to” customer will be contacted on all orders over $200.00.

Order out of stock

We try our best to make sure our inventory is spot on but occasionally it isn’t. If we have sold out of an item we will let you know via email before we process the order. The item may be on backorder in which we will give you the option to tell us how you will like to proceed with the order. We will not process anything until we hear back from you. If an item is backordered and it hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your original order, we will cancel the order unless we receive instructions from you otherwise.

 

Pick up order

If you specify in your shipping selection that you would like to pick up your order you will be notified when it is ready at our Pearlridge location. There is no charge for this option.

 

Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are happy with everything you purchase from Up & Riding. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return the items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date (post dated). Items must not be worn or washed and still have the tags attached to be eligible. All girls swimwear must have the hygienic liners still attached along with the tags.
